OVAM is the Public Waste Agency in the region of Flanders (Belgium). We strive for a sustainable waste and materials management, a clean & healthy soil and aim for the transition to a circular economy.
Bruxelles Environnement is the public institution In Brussels (Belgium) that manages a wide range of competences in the fields of the environment, animal welfare and energy policy. Waste management is very important topic for them.
The Office Wallon des Déchets (OWD) (Walloon Regional Waste Agency) is the public body responsible for waste management policy and implementation in the Walloon Region of Belgium, handling hazardous waste, recycling, and environmental regulations for waste, alongside OVAM in Flanders and BIM in Brussels.
